Responsibilities
• Convert leads to buyer consultation appointments
• Hold open houses to generate leads
• Write and Negotiate offers for home buyers
• Prospect for new business by following up with leads in our system
• Attend sales training and meetings weekly
• Develop new business within specific geographies served by our team
• Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales
• Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal
• Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood
• Follow-up with leads to increase sales
Qualifications
• Be Coachable
• We are currently only accepting applicants located in the state of Alaska
• A successful and proven sales history is preferred
• Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth
• Organized and manages time effectively
• Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
• Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills
