Job Title: System Migration Advanced Technical Lead

Job Location: Mission, Kansas

Job Summary: This Field Operations System Implementation (FOSI) position is responsible for providing remote installation and/or configuration support for installations, upgrades, and various other projects for all ScriptPro automation and software products deployed to our customer base. The Advanced Technical Lead (ATL) acts as the secondary point of escalation for the Migration Analysts during these projects, approving and directing further escalation as necessary. Additionally, the ATLs take on high priority, alpha/beta, or special case projects.

In addition to responsibilities within FOSI, scope of tasks and deliverables will require a high level of cooperation and collaboration with other departments to meet project objectives and department goals. Those departments may include, but are not limited to: Accounting, Contracting, Manufacturing, Engineering, Customer/Field Service, and/or Installation and Training.

Reporting Relationship: Reports to Manager, System Migration

Schedule: 4 days / week - 10 hour shifts, this will be for either a day or evening shift. This role is primarily classified as remote, but on-campus tasks may be required. Regular and punctual attendance is an essential function of every job at ScriptPro.

Remote Work Requirements:

• Must have high-speed reliable internet access
• Must have a distraction free home office workspace
• Must be willing to participate in video virtual meetings (camera on)

Scope of the Role:

• Secondary point of escalation for troubleshooting during Migration projects, determining the priority and correct path forward for problem resolution
• Monitors leads distribution list inbox for urgent tasks
• Advanced access and responsibilities for various products including Azure, PKI certificates, ScriptMon, and Secure Doc
• Develop and maintain and advanced knowledge of technical details of ScriptPro products
• Assist in training new hires
• Represent Migrations team in intra or interdepartmental meetings and emails
• Provides technical feedback on procedures and documentation
• Other assigned tasks or duties, as necessary

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or up to 5 years equivalent work experience in Business or Information Technology
• Advanced technical aptitude with ScriptPro products, MSSQL, Networking, and Windows OS

Additional Favorable Qualifications:

• Previous experience with or knowledge of ScriptPro’s Pharmacy, Workflow, and/or Robotics Systems
• Knowledge of ScriptPro’s development processes
• Working knowledge of business applications, including Siebel, Oracle, Kronos, etc.
• Knowledge/experience with WinMagic Full Disk Encryption Software
• Ability to obtain DoD clearance and CAC account for government project work

Working Conditions:

This position operates in an office environment. Routine use of standard office equipment is required. Must be able to use a computer for extended periods of time. Regularly required to sit, use hands and fingers, and expected to occasionally lift, stoop, bend, and reach. Ability to learn and solve practical problems and interpret a variety of instructions is required.
