Job Summary

We are looking for an Office Administrator to assist with the day-to-day functions in our Corporate Office. This person will take care of managing the facilities functions, as well as assisting our Human Resource Department, Accounting Department, and other areas as needed. This person should be able to assist with facilities, administrative efforts, basic accounting, reception, project coordination and scheduling, as well as a variety of other office functions.

Primary Responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):

  • Being available on-site 2-3 days a week or as needed on a changing basis due to facility needs.
  • Coordinate resources to troubleshoot, determine best solutions, and solve problems.
  • Manage record keeping and document preparation.
  • Oversee facilities functions and maintenance services.
  • Assist the Accounting department with invoice processing.
  • Oversee the selection and purchasing of office supplies.
  • Assist the Human Resources, Accounting, and other departments on miscellaneous tasks.
  • Act as receptionist, taking calls, distributing mail, direct visitors and communicate arrival to company personnel.

Required Experience / Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years' experience in office manager or related role.
  • Experience with basic Human Resource, Accounting, and Facilities functions.
  • Experience with assisting in Facilities management
  • At minimum has a high school Diploma or equivalent

Preferred Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft suite including Excel, Outlook, Outlook Calendar, Word, etc.
  • Skilled communicator both verbally and written.
  • Versed in planning and scheduling.

Location: Hybrid - Columbia, Maryland
