Our law firm is seeking a skilled and successful personal injury attorney to join our growing team and help our clients find justice and compensation for their injuries. Our ideal candidate will handle case files from start to finish, have excellent credentials, a passion for helping people, and a minimum of 3 years of successful personal injury litigation and trial case experience. $84,000 - $200,000 yearly DOE

Responsibilities:

• Record and update the status of all case files in the case management system
• Oversee personal injury case files from beginning to end
• Review, modify, and draft motions, discovery responses, demand letters, pleadings, claims, subpoenas, memorandums, and other legal documents
• Supervise and delegate tasks to the team of legal assistants, personal injury paralegals, case managers, litigation paralegals, and legal secretary
• Serve as legal counsel on the clients’ behalf at hearings, mediations, trials, depositions, and litigation

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years of personal injury litigation or trial experience in medical malpractice, wrongful death, personal injury, or civil litigation practice areas is necessary
• Must be computer proficient
• Bachelor’s degree and a J.D. degree is required
• Knowledge of personal injury law/ tort law, medical terminology, wrongful death, civil and family law, and medical malpractice is vital
• State license to practice law and State Bar Association membership is mandatory

• A minimum of 3 years of successful personal injury pre-litigation and litigation experience
