Job description

As a Claims Support Representative, you'll provide essential administrative and operational support that keeps our claims organization running smoothly. You'll ensure accuracy, timeliness, and excellent service while supporting both our internal teams and customers.

Claims Support & Administration

  • Perform initial claim record intake by collecting information and accurately entering data into the claims system
  • Index, upload, and route incoming correspondence, emails, mail, and reports to the appropriate claim file or adjuster
  • Monitor task queues and system diaries to ensure deadlines and service levels are met

Coordination, Reporting & Vendors

  • Extract data and run reports from claims systems to support operational and management needs
  • Communicate with internal teams and external contacts to obtain missing or required documentation
  • Coordinate services and process invoices for external vendors

Customer & Team Support

  • Deliver professional and empathetic customer service when responding to inquiries
  • Provide phone coverage for the call center during peak times or periods of need
  • Support the claims team with additional duties as assigned

What You Bring
  • High school diploma required
  • Administrative or customer service experience; insurance experience strongly preferred
  • Florida 620 Resident All Lines Adjuster License preferred
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills
