Job Description

We are seeking a Real Estate Assistant to join our growing team! You assist in handling real estate activities, marketing, and transactions on behalf of our company and clients.

Responsibilities:

Assisting with Listing and selling residential real estate
prepare listings and input into MLS
keep listing paperwork organized and current
Prepare market analysis to help determine property value
Educate clients on basic real estate procedures
keeping workflow organized and orderly
communicating with clients
assist with marketing efforts, keeping

Qualifications:

Previous experience in real estate
Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases
familiarity with MLS
Ability to build rapport with clients
strong computer skills
organized

looking for someone who is available 15-20 hours per week to assist with real estate related transactions, marketing, and administrative tasks
