Security Clearance: TS/SCI with Appropriate Agency Polygraph
Tasking:
- Plan, design, develop, implement, and provide technical support of multi-platform, multi-system networks to encompass diagnosing network performance shortcomings and designing and implementing performance improvements.
- Designing and implementing networks utilizing the following network operating systems: Windows NT/2000/XP, UNIX, and LINUX.
- Provide and implement network infrastructures; develop, operate, and manage networks required to operate in a secure PKI, IPSEC, or VPN enabled environments.
Skills & Experience:
- Experience with Cisco, Visio, IP Spaces, VPN knowledge and scans
- Certification in routing such as a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or higher. Shall have "Security+" related certification.
- CWIP Yrs Experience: IAT 3+
- Recommended CWIP Level: IAT 2
General Qualifications:
- Network Engineer Level 1 requires a bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline, and 5-10 years of relevant experience as a Network Engineer on programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
- Network Engineer Level 2 requires a bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline, and 10-15 years of relevant experience as a Network Engineer on programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
- In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, four (4) additional years of experience in Network Engineering disciplines with a high school diploma will be accepted.
