The Customer Relationship Manager will be a relationship based position to increase sales by recruiting new customers and developing/expanding current customers. The potential customer base is made up of health insurance companies and medical facilities such as: nursing homes, dialysis centers, hospice facilities, rehabilitation centers, emergency departments, and various healthcare organizations. This position will be responsible for bringing awareness of our transportation services to customers, identifying customer needs and determining best solutions. The Business Development Mgr will have overall responsibility for the customer relationship, account management, sales and developing market growth strategies. In addition, this position will be responsible for strategizing business needs based on customer requirements, developing next steps, identifying prospective accounts, predicting profitability and inquiring about future business ventures. A successful employee will be able to research the latest trends in the business industry, create new opportunities for expansion of existing client base as well as develop new verticals of business. This position will need a strong understanding of company products and services as well as the company's business position measured against our competition. Collaboration with the sales, marketing and operations team will be imperative to ensure customer service requirements are being met. The Business Development Manager will foster and cultivate long term relationships with customers to drive and grow true partnerships.
