Regulatory Accounting Analyst

NextStep Recruiting has partnered with a global, financial clearing services organization to add a Regulatory Analyst to their growing team! This organization offers a tremendous compensation and benefits package including unlimited PTO and a hybrid schedule! This position is newly created due to growth and will be based in their north Dallas office.

Ideal candidates will have:

• Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance or similar
• 2+ years experience with broker dealer regulatory reporting
• Proficient with risk assessment quarterly analysis and reporting
• Experienced with Ad hoc FINRA reporting
• Series 27 or willing to obtain within 6 months
• Excellent communication with ability to partner with executive leadership
