Sales Associate for a Real Estate Private Investment Company

Pay: $70K/yr + Highly competitive commission structure -

BONUSES (5k-20k per deal closed!)

We are a private investment firm based in Brooklyn NY, with more than 15 years of experience in both residential, commercial, and multifamily acquisition and development opportunities within the Tri-state area looking to hire a Sales Associate for our Acquisitions Department.

A highly organized, self-starter with prior experience in real estate acquisitions and valuation will also stand out!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Answer and direct phone calls
• Follow warm leads and assist with scheduling
• Develop a call strategy to target sellers within an assigned territory
• Follow up on prior leads from our database
• Use market websites, comps, data research, and outreach to assess property value and condition
• Prepare letters of intent, real estate market research reports, partnership models, contracts & due diligence documents
• Negotiate terms and conditions, prepare and execute detailed contracts, agreements, and other business administration paperwork in advance of real estate transactions

Knowledge requirements and Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be driven and passionate about real estate, a fast learner, goal-oriented, energetic and have a positive, driven, light hearted attitude.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
• Will not disclose company information to outside parties.
• Proficiency in MS Office / Excel / Outlook / Gmail
• Preferably Bilingual (Spanish)
