The Youth Program Coordinator will assist with the direction of all operations pertaining to Soccer Shots Northwest Las Vegas.
Key responsibilities:
Hire, train, and develop our team; manage scheduling and payroll.
Pitch the Soccer Shots program to local schools/public centers and maintain existing relationships.
Help develop and execute community marketing strategies including "demonstration days" to showcase Soccer Shots to prospective affiliates.
Parent communications - answering emails, answering phone calls, etc.
School liaison - drive to schools for classes and/or to drop off flyers when needed to secure enrollment numbers, check on coaches, and build/maintain our relationships.
General administrative duties and customer service.
Long-term Strategy and Development:
Establish and maintain strategic partnerships.
Develop business plan to outline long-term growth strategy for Soccer Shots Northwest Las Vegas.
Coaching:
Assist with coaches training and lead part-time staff of coaches.
Coach roughly 25 sessions of Soccer Shots Sessions at Early Childhood Centers and/or Public Parks.
Required Education and Experience:
BA/BS preferred from a 4-year accredited university.
Demonstrated leadership and management skills.
Early Childhood Education, Coaching, and Soccer experience are beneficial, but not mandatory.
Suggested Skills and Competencies:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Personable and charismatic
Full Time Hours:
30-40 hours per week.
Other:
Applicant must have reliable transportation.
Applicant must be able to pass an in-depth background check and fingerprinting.
Applicant must be, or be willing to, get CPR certified and complete a TB test.
