The Boys & Girls Club of the Black Hills is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing a safe and supportive environment for youth to develop crucial life skills and reach their full potential. Since our establishment in 1994, we have been committed to delivering high-quality youth development programs to boys and girls aged 6 to 18.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging youth development programs to participants with a focus on character development, academic success, and healthy lifestyles.
  • Encourage positive behavior and provide guidance to help participants navigate challenges and make positive choices.
  • Create a safe and inclusive environment where participants feel valued, respected, and supported.
  • Develop and implement age-appropriate activities and experiences that promote the physical, emotional, and social well-being of youth.
  • Maintain accurate records of participant attendance and program outcomes to track progress and evaluate program effectiveness.

Requirements
