Job Description
Professional Search Group (PSG) is looking for a Customer Service Associate to join our client's team! This is a manufacturing company that specializes in bedding solutions & is the industry leader for all upholstery, foam, and furniture manufacturing across the nation! Responsibilities:
- Monitoring/maintaining customer satisfaction log.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide prompt and efficient responses to customer questions via phone or email.
- Enter sales order to internal system
- Attached purchase order to the file in Acumatica as well as shipping documents.
- Create a list of items we need to produce for customers as needed.
- Print the report that customers send every day for production manager and customer service to keep track of all open orders. Email it every day to VP of manufacturing.
- Create and print law labels and keep them up to date/making sure new information provided by sales representatives is in.
- Create and print box labels for most of the finished products.
- Purchase office supplies / janitor items.
- Promote and enhance excellent customer relations.
- Take action to resolve problems quickly for customers, office, and warehouse.
- Answer the phone and if needed transfer it to the appropriate person.
- Constantly keep warehouse informed of any updates in any of the orders.
- Keep the plant manager informed of any changes related to orders.
- Print proof of deliveries, bol’s, labels, packing slips that customer send or I create and make sure they are organized.
- Make a report for all daily orders for other customer service clerk , production lead and production manager.
- Upload tracking numbers to portal after orders are being shipped.
- Upload all orders to internal processing system and create shipping labels once all items are ready to ship.
- Create shipping labels through FedEx Manager, most of our customers use this method.
- Make copies, scan documents to our customers after orders are shipped, must send tracking information to them for their records. Customers requested this information to be sent via email
Qualifications:
- Bilingual Spanish (Required)
- 3+ Years of Warehouse/Logistical Customer Service Experience
- Strong Computer Skills
- Must be organized, have strong leadership skills and be self motivated
