Guest Services Specialist

Galleria Dallas is in search of experienced, motivated individuals to be a part of our Guest Services team. We are looking for energetic, flexible candidates who can be trained and become knowledgeable about all things Galleria, local attractions and services, and up-coming internal events. Galleria Dallas needs passionate and dedicated partners willing to work hard and take delight in making our guests feel welcome. Our team delivers Curbside items for participating stores, delivers items to our business towers and retailers, and more.  This position requires quickness, the ability to stand and move swiftly, and walk long distances. 

Daily tasks may include and are not limited to:

• Greeting guests with a welcoming smile and enthusiasm
• Luggage and baggage storage
• Complimentary strollers and wheelchairs
• Answering the phone calls incoming to the shopping center
• Offer mall directions at our large maps/directories and offer assistance to their destinations
• Assist the Marketing Team with monthly events
• Organize and execute our quarterly kid's program called PALS
• Activate Gift Cards for individuals and corporations
• Pickup and deliver Curbside Orders in partnership with participating stores throughout the mall, Everyday during operating hours
• Pickup and deliver Tower Deskside Deliveries to the 3 business towers connected to the mall, Monday - Friday
• Pickup and deliver Retail Deliveries to our retailer employees, Everyday during operating hours

This is an upbeat, on your feet, steadily moving position. We are in front of the guest 95% of the time requiring us to be professional and friendly at all times. We have a small team of up to 20 team members which allows us to work closely with everyone on the team. Hiring for permanent part-time positions at 28 hours a week or less year round and/or part-time positions with the opportunity to grow to full-time after a 90 day probationary period.
