BizIQ is looking for a Corporate Recruiter support our Sales Departments. As a Corporate Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. As a brand ambassador for our company you will bring high energy and passion into recruiting new members to our BizIQ family.

OBJECTIVES

  • Execute end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding, to meet the staffing needs of the sales organization
  • Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle, reflecting our commitment to being an employer of choice
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber candidates, utilizing various channels including job boards, social media, and industry networking
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, providing guidance on talent acquisition best practices and market trends
  • Establish and monitor recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing strategies, identify areas for improvement, and optimize the recruitment process.

COMPETENCIES

  • Recruitment Expertise: Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, trends, and strategies within the digital marketing industry
  • Candidate Assessment: Skill in assessing candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and potential contributions to the organization
  • Verbal Communication: Expressing ideas, instructions, and feedback effectively and clearly through spoken word. This includes being able to articulate complex concepts in a simple, understandable manner.
  • Written Communication: Writing clear and concise emails, reports, proposals, and other forms of written communication. This includes using proper grammar, punctuation, and formatting.
  • Performance Reporting: Regularly analyze and report on client's digital marketing performance, including metrics such as website traffic, social media engagement, and conversion rates. Provide recommendations for optimization and improvement based on these insights.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing hiring needs, industry dynamics, and company priorities.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactive problem-solving skills to address recruitment challenges and find effective solutions
  • Reporting: Regularly analyze and report on activity and hirirng metrics. Provide recommendations for optimization and improvement based on these insights.

EXPERIENCE:

  • 3-5 years of full desk recruiting experience for a variety of roles
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a corporate setting
  • Minimum 1 years of experince recruiting on high volume sales roles
  • Experience in Sales or Digital Marketing industry is a big plus


PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Prolonged periods of time sitting at a desk or computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
