We are looking for an experienced Program Director for a Behavioral Health group, specializing in Substance Use Disorder located in the Post Falls area. Our facility strives to provide the highest quality of care, using evidence-based treatment, medical staff, and licensed therapists. Our goal is to help those that are struggling regain the tools to recover, regain control and live healthy, happy lives without the burden of substance abuse.

Responsibilities

• Manage housekeeping, facility, and maintenance personnel
• Establishing highest standard of facility function & cleanliness.
• Ensure meals are of high quality and a notable part of clients treatment experience.
• Full understanding of state rules and regulations, Joint Commission & insurance standards.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, accrediting, and licensing organizations.
• Participate in hiring/interview process of all medical & clinical personnel.
• Hiring/firing of all BHT, food services, housekeeping, and administrative personnel.
• Ensure facility is adequately staffed to service census fluctuations and gender differences.
• Create culture of accountability, tolerance, and teamwork
• Schedule and/or perform period trainings to improve staff proficiencies.
• Supervise direct reports to ensure performance of duties consistent with job description
• Identify deficiencies in programming and establish improvement measures
• Engage in direct client care sufficient to evaluate and contribute to clients detox experience
• Educate staff on clinical philosophy and mission
• Provide leadership and direction to all direct reports
• Create positive work environment for facility personnel
• Identify cost saving measures & present to ownership and financial department
• Devise meeting schedule & methods for departments to interface consistently with one another to ensure effective intra-organization communication
• Coordinate transportation for incoming clients with admissions.
• Provides for clear lines of responsibility and accountability within all departments.
• Perform all duties delegated by Executive Director

Schedule: Full Time

Pay: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

Location: Post Falls, ID
