HR Payroll Specialist!

Job Duties:

Manage accounts receivable and payable accounts using various software programs.
Generate and distribute paper checks and EFT deposits
Create wage templates in foundation accounting Sofware
Compare federal and state prevailing wages to determine correct project wages
Perform other assigned duties
Washington State Law Knowledge
Affidavits Backgrounds

Requirements:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Systems, QuickBooks, Excel & Accounts Receivable/Payable.

Pay: $2 4 - 30 HR

Shift: Monday - Friday

Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
