Bookkeeper

This position requires accounting experience and knowledge in general accounting, payroll, sales taxes and general business taxes. Tasks include paying weekly accounts payable, running bi-weekly payroll, filing sales tax reports, and preparing monthly financials.

This position works directly with the company owners. An outside accounting firm handles business tax filings, year-end adjustments and financial review.

We are looking for a team player that wants to be actively involved in managing the daily tasks of running a small company. They must have excellent communication and inter-personal skills. They must have experience in preparing financials and understanding of all accounting functions. They must have experience in processing payroll and filing appropriate taxes. Must have good Excel skills. Experience in QuickBooks is a plus.
