Individuals need to have great data entry skills, have good communication skills, knowledge of bookkeeping, organizing records, attention to detail, having an understanding of the bigger picture, be discipline, have an interest in furthering your education, and be committed. Duties and responsibilities include handling clients quickbooks desktop and online accounts, reconciling bank and credit cards account, posting journal entries, monthly and quarterly adjustments, and closing year end books, and communicating with clients on going basis.
