In Balance Bookkeeping Solutions, LTD is seeking a qualified and experienced Bookkeeper to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a highly organized, self-motivated professional who thrives in a flexible, independent work environment.
Key Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop.
  • Strong understanding of full-cycle bookkeeping, including reconciliations, payroll support,  financial reporting and minimal tax filings.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to move efficiently from task to task while managing multiple clients or priorities.
  • Self-starter who works well independently with minimal supervision.
  • Able to use Excel and Microsoft products efficiently.
  • Comfortable managing priorities in dynamic, fast-moving workplace.
  • Capable of maintaining accuracy and efficiency under time-sensitive conditions.
