Our ideal recruiter comes from a diverse employment background in areas such as customer service, retail, boutique sales or administrative work. This customer focused experience will translate well to screening, interviewing and assessing candidates. Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Recruiter are to ensure our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline.

Responsibilities:

· Source and recruit eligible candidates for customer positions

· Interview candidates

· Complete hiring process for candidates

· Monitor performance of candidates

· Timesheet collection

· Retention or exit interviews

· Post and manage social media job postings

Skills:

· Excellent phone etiquette

· Strong sense of urgency

· Ability to prioritize effectively for best return on time investment

· Strong spelling and grammar abilities, along with typing skills

· Ability to learn new software and adapt to changes in existing programs

· Ability to handle stressful situations in a calm manner
