Job Description

Charter Financial Group is looking for sales representatives in the Warwick, RI office. Candidates must be eager to learn, have high standards, and a strong work ethic.

As a sales representative, you will market and sell insurance products underwritten by many of the largest and most successful companies in the industry. We need talented and ethical sales representatives to help us market to the needs of potential clients in our area.

We use a hybrid business model that captures the flexibility and high compensation of the independent agent channel, while also providing the structure and support of a career agency model. With 10,000 baby-boomers turning age 65 everyday, you will have the opportunity to meet new prospects every week.

Compensation:

Our agents average up to $60,000 their first year
