Position Overview: As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in construction project management, strong leadership abilities, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and execution of construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project goals are met.
• Manage project budgets, expenses, and financial forecasts, making adjustments as necessary to ensure profitability.
• Monitor project progress and quality of work, identifying and addressing any issues or delays.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders, providing updates and addressing concerns.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on commercial or residential projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage a diverse team.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Familiarity with local building regulations and permitting processes in St. Louis, MO.
• LEED certification or other relevant credentials preferred.
