Role Overview:
As the Pick and Pack Teamlead at LT Apparel, you hold a strategic position within our Distribution Division, overseeing the efficiency and accuracy of our pick and pack operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our products are processed, organized, and dispatched with the utmost precision and care, contributing significantly to our company's reputation for quality and reliability. Whether through overseeing expansion efforts, spearheading new projects, or enhancing existing workflows, your impact will be directly felt across the company.

Role Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the pick and pack team to meet distribution deadlines.
• Implement and monitor processes for inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and safety protocols.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and enhance efficiency across the supply chain.
• Utilize WMS software to optimize picking routes and packing methods, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Role Requirements:

• A high school diploma or GED is required, with a preference for candidates who have additional years of relevant work experience.
• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a distribution or manufacturing setting is highly desirable.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with WMS software, such as Blue Cherry.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and possess the physical stamina to manage extended periods on the floor.
