Responsibilities

Client Management: Build and maintain relationships with clients by understanding their insurance needs and providing personalized guidance.Policy Review: Conduct thorough reviews of client policies to ensure they are up-to-date and meeting evolving needs.Insurance Solutions: Identify opportunities for additional coverage or policy adjustments that benefit clients.Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed client records and documentation for reference and compliance purposes.Client Communication: Communicate effectively with clients through various channels to address questions, concerns, and updates.Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver comprehensive insurance solutions and support overall agency goals.


Requirements

Licensing: Active Colorado Property & Casualty License required.

Experience: 2+ years in Insurance account management or sales.

Hybrid work schedule. Must live in Colorado and willing to work 3 days/week in Louisville or Boulder office.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to interact effectively with clients and team members.

Client-Centric: Demonstrated focus on exceeding client expectations and delivering exceptional service.

Team Player: Collaborative spirit to work effectively within a team dynamic, fostering positive relationships and teamwork.

Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems and digital communication tools to streamline client interactions and enhance productivity.
