JOB DESCRIPTION:

Work Experience Mandatory:

  • Have 4+ years' experience commissioned or staff non-commissioned officer military experience, (active) at an operational or joint level specifically at the MEF, Major Subordinate Command (MSC) or Marine Forces (MARFOR) Level. Equivalent commissioned experience at a sister service Operational Planning level is acceptable.
  • Possess AWS Certified Developer Associate Certificate or comparable cloud-based certification.
  • Have 4+ years of IT project management experience customer solution development and resolution (can be concurrent to experience in 6.2.3.a)

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS MANDATORY

  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals (Exam MS-900) or Amazon Web Services (AWS) Cloud Practitioner Certification.
  • Each member of this contract shall adhere to DoD 8570.01-M and poses the requisite certification per DoDD 8140.01, Cyberspace Workforce Management dated 10/5/2020.
  • Bachelors Degree

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • The contractor shall support C2 integration team in support of I MEF operations in garrison and tactical environments.
  • The contractor shall provide adhoc support to active tools and applications based on I MEF staff and MSCs to support information exchange requirements and staff processes in the garrison environment.
  • The contractor shall provide subject matter expertise concerning emerging technologies to support command and control systems integration support to aid the IMO and I MEF Staff.
  • The contractor shall develop software solutions using programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML and CSS to provide enhanced user experiences and increase the availability of information for decision making.
  • The contractor shall consult with IMO, system users, and stakeholders, such as uniformed, civilian, and contractor personnel within I MEF and its MSCs, to design software based on systems flows, data usage, and work processes.
  • The contractor shall develop, debug, test, and deploy software solutions on production environment.
