Join Our Team
The Program Director is responsible for overseeing general daily operations from an operations and administrative perspective. You will have primary responsibility for program operation, development and management of program activities for clients. You will oversee service delivery and maintenance of program integrity. A successful Program Director must have a broad knowledge of program management principles. They must have a strategic mindset as well as be able to interact with management, clients and staff. The goal is to ensure every service will be delivered substantially and add the highest possible value to the organization.

Program Director Requirements
- Minimum of four years experience in the field of treatment services or a related human services field
- Minimum of three years supervisory experience
- Experience in mental health and substance abuse
- Bachelor's degree and/or relevant certifications preferred but not required
- Experience working with Veterans preferred
Program Director Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of program scheduling to ensure programming is relevant to client needs, is manageable, progressive and adaptive
- Manage the recruitment and hiring of all direct care staff
- Provide supervision to direct care staff (Training, Scheduling, Reviews, Disciplinary Action, etc)
- Oversee the training and development of direct care staff
- Ensure direct care staffing needs are met, maintain appropriate ratios and remaining within projected budget
- Ensure proper policies and procedures to maintain service integrity
- Manage and oversee client census
- Work with treatment team to ensure the highest standard of programming is made available
- Other operational duties as directed
Pay: $95,000 - $125,000
