We are searching for a driven, detail-oriented Payment Plan Coordinator to join our team.


The Payment Plan Coordinator Mission is to help customers manage and maintain their existing payment plans with us. This support could be in the form of account questions, coordinating payment dates, calling on past due payments, and maintaining systems to ensure communications with payment plan customers is accurate.

Primary Responsibilities / Essential Job Functions:

  1. Answer customer questions by phone and email regarding their payment plans with us.
  2. Call on past due accounts to make arrangements for payment within state and federal guidelines.
  3. Practice good data hygiene with clear notes and data management.
  4. Respond to callback requests and scheduled callbacks with customers.
  5. Communicating with other departments such as finance and IT to correct customer issues as they arise.
  6. Follow all policies and procedures of 4Patriots, LLC.
  7. Demonstrate regular and reliable attendance.
  8. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree a plus
  • Experience in Collections a plus
  • Must be detailed oriented and self motivated
  • Must have experience working in a remote environment
  • Ability to communicate clearly in both written and spoken form
  • Proven Customer Service experience a plus

Work Environment And Travel Requirements:

Works in well-lit, ventilated and climate-controlled office environment with routine office equipment; some equipment has moving mechanical parts.

Noise level in the work environment is typical for an office environment.

Minimum overnight travel (up to 10%) by land and/or air.
