We are experiencing significant growth and require the assistance of a skilled paralegal to fill a need in our Estate Administration Department.
Responsibilities would include but not be limited to:

Salary Rage: 60k-75K

We are experiencing significant growth and require the assistance of a skilled paralegal to fill a need in our Estate Administration Department.
Responsibilities would include but not be limited to:
- Drafting of all letters and forms (i.e. summons and complaints, discovery demands, responses to discovery demands, motions, affirmations and affidavits, etc)
- Litigation calendar management
- Department project management
- General administrative duties; filing and scanning
Required:
- Formal training and study as a paralegal ideal, minimum of 3 years experience.
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Strong computer skills; proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint.
- Experience with e-filing.
Salary Rage: 60k-75K
