Top Requirements of the Payroll/Stock Administrator:
Minimum 9 yrs payroll experience (in PA)
Expertise in non-exempt payroll
Full-cycle payroll, including garnishments, tax forms, etc.
Multi-state payroll proficiency
Shift differential pay knowledge preferred
CEP preferred
What You'll Do as a Payroll/Stock Administrator:
Essential Duties – Payroll:
Manage bi-weekly payroll processing
Ensure accurate payroll updates and compliance
Support HR with new initiatives
Maintain confidentiality and handle audits
Essential Duties – Stock Administration:
Administer equity compensation program
Ensure compliance and accurate processing
Collaborate with finance, HR, and auditors
We're looking for in a Payroll/Stock Administrator:
Proactive and outcome-focused
Proficient in fostering positive client interactions and teamwork
9+ years payroll expertise in PA
Bachelor's degree is advantageous
Proficiency in ADP and E*Trade platforms is essential
