We are seeking professionals to become a Farmers Insurance agent in the Bay Area. We understand that it takes time to build a small business and be ableto develop the necessary skills and understanding, to excel in the insurance industry.We provide our Farmers Insurance agentswith ongoing training and support on their entire journey.

Insurance Licensing:Property & Casualty and Life & Health licensesare required, prior to full-time agent appointment. If you are not licensed, we will help you get your licenses, Cost-free!

FarmersInsurancerequirements:

2. Complete University of Farmers training
3. Set and schedule appointments with prospective clients, on a weekly basis
4. Discover and Identify client needs, then recommend appropriate insurance products
5. Establish client relationships and follow up with themin a timely manner, to provide exceptional and extraordinary customer service
6. Meet monthly quoting and sales goals to sustain agency growth
