Requirements

- Complete University of Farmers training
- Set and schedule appointments with prospective clients, on a weekly basis
- Discover and Identify client needs, then recommend appropriate insurance products
- Establish client relationships and follow up with themin a timely manner, to provide exceptional and extraordinary customer service
- Meet monthly quoting and sales goals to sustain agency growth
