Prime Corporate Services is a fast growing, highly acquisitive company which is rapidly growing both organically and inorganically. We are looking to build a high caliber, high

performing finance team to lead the company on this journey. One of these key positions is the Senior Accountant.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team. As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for helping oversee the financial activities of the company and ensuring accurate and timely reporting. You will play a key role in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting, as well as supporting the company's growth objectives. The ideal candidate has a strong background in accounting principles, excellent attention to detail, and a proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee several aspects of the day-to-day operations of the accounting department.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, reports, and analysis.
• Assist in performing month-end and year-end close processes, including reconciliations and journal entries.
• Maintain and enforce internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Review and analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Stay abreast of changes in accounting standards, regulations, and best practices, and ensure compliance accordingly.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification preferred, but not required.
• Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, Public Accounting experience, preferred, but not required.
• An innate sense of curiosity, with a desire to continually learn and grow professionally.
• Basic understanding of GAAP principles and financial reporting requirements.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications, with advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, , with the ability to identify and solve complex financial problems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
• A detail-oriented mindset, with the ability to maintain accuracy while working with large amounts of data.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
