Operations Controller - Key Responsibilities

  • Manage financial performance for manufacturing operations, including inventory, cost of goods sold, and capital expenditures

  • Prepare forecasts, budgets, financial reporting, and variance analysis to support business decisions

  • Lead month-end close activities, inventory reconciliations, and operational performance reporting

  • Partner with operations and cross-functional teams to identify cost savings opportunities and process improvements

  • Maintain accurate costing, financial controls, and compliance with corporate reporting requirements

Operations Controller - Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field

  • 5+ years of manufacturing finance or cost accounting experience

  • Strong SAP experience, including production orders, internal orders, and cost center accounting

  • Experience with forecasting, variance analysis, and standard costing

  • Strong analytical, communication, and business partnering skills
