Job description

We are seeking an experienced Operations Controller to help build and standardize a global cost and operations accounting function. This high-visibility position will report to the Vice President, Corporate Controller and partner closely with FP&A, the CFO, and operations leadership.

This high profile position will bridge corporate accounting and operations finance, establishing the policies and methodologies used across a complex global organization. The Operations Controller will provide enterprise-wide governance and consistency for standard costing, inventory accounting, and related processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and standardize the organizationโ€™s global standard costing methodology.
  • Establish consistent cost and operations accounting policies, controls, and procedures.
  • Partner with plant and operational leaders to drive adoption of standardized processes.
  • Collaborate closely with Corporate Accounting, FP&A, operations, and executive team.
  • Identify process gaps and implement scalable solutions across a complex global environment.
  • Support financial planning, forecasting, and decision-making through reliable operational and cost information.
Ideal Background
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
  • Eight or more years of progressive cost accounting, operations accounting, or related experience.
  • Strong manufacturing experience, with exposure to multi- locations and/or global environments preferred.
  • Proven ability to standardize policies and processes across decentralized operations.
