Western Chicagoland, IL

$130,000 - $154,000 base + 15-20% bonus


The Mission:

Step up from single-plant controller to regional leadership with ownership trajectory. Lead financial strategy for a high-growth food manufacturing operation (65 employees, expanding to second site) as it scales across the Americas region. Partner directly with International HQ on consolidation, pricing, and strategic KPIs while driving P&L across operations.


You'll Own:

  • Americas P&L, budgeting, forecasting + site launch oversight
  • Cost optimization across production/inventory
  • Consolidation reporting + pricing strategy with International-based HQ
  • SAP/PowerBI dashboards + process automation
  • Regular travel to European HQ for alignment


What You Bring:

  • 7+ years manufacturing controlling (food/CPG/ingredients ideal)
  • Plant controller or cost accounting leadership ready for regional scope
  • SAP + PowerBI fluency (Lucanet a plus)
  • International Experience Preferred
  • BA/BS Accounting/Finance (+ CPA/CMA preferred)
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally a few times a year for training/reporting
