We are seeking a Commercial Insurance Assistant for a prominent regional brokerage in Northern California. In this support role, you will assist account managers and producers by helping service commercial clients.
Compensation, Benefits, Perks:
- Base Salary: $65,000 - $70,000

Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support, including creating documents, forms, spreadsheets, and presentation materials.
- Manage and distribute incoming mail appropriately.
- Assist Account Managers with preparing proposal presentations and quotes for new and renewal business.
- Prepare policy materials for Account Managers and Producers, such as policy checking.
- Adhere to agency best practices for customer correspondence, certificates of insurance, binders, cancellation requests, etc.
Qualifications:
- Prior insurance experience, ideally in a commercial brokerage setting.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- California Property and Casualty license.
