Project Coordinator
As the Project Coordinator (PC) you will utilize your experience & organizational skills to manage both residential and commercial construction projects for Restoration Builders Inc. In the PC role you will closely work with customers, building departments, subcontractors, suppliers and RBI crew members to successfully complete these construction projects while promoting safety, customer service, quality work and teamwork.
What You’ll Do:
· Interact with customers and suppliers via telephone, email, text, online chat, or in person to provide support and information on projects.
· Investigate project issues and ensure appropriate actions are taken to resolve questions or conflicts to the best interests of the business and our customers.
· Communicate and support the RBI team, including Construction Crews, accounting and General Operations.
· Maintain customer project files and facilitate responses to internal and external inquiries or feedback.
· Create and distribute project schedules according to contract specifications with accuracy and efficiency.
· Maintain calendar of all ongoing projects, locations, and assigned personnel.
· Outline project tasks and delegate accordingly.
· Collect customer closing documents, review project costs, certification of completions and work closely with the various teams.
· Prepare and issue work orders, distribute permits, and ensure product documentation is complete.
· Manage and track change orders, recoveries and issues and provide recommendations to mitigate risk.
· Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and company regulations, standards, specifications, and best practices.
· Maintain the Construction data and input in QuickBooks Contractor Edition system for all estimates, proposals and customer files.
· Performs other related duties as assigned.

· You can prioritize tasks and manage interruptions
· You are pro-active, self-disciplined, self-motivated, and have a demonstrated ability to follow projects through to completion.
· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite. QuickBooks or other construction program experience is a plus.
· Knowledge of the construction industry a plus.
Physical Requirements:
· Prolonged periods sitting at a desk (stand-up desks onsite) and working on a computer.
· Must be able to lift or move up to 10 pounds at times.
