Role
As a Production Supervisor (also known as Assembly Line Supervisor, Manufacturing Supervisor), you'll oversee and coordinate the work of assembly line employees. You'll manage work schedules, assign tasks, and ensure the quality of work output. This role involves identifying units that fail tests or tolerance levels and supervising necessary repairs. You'll also be responsible for training new staff, maintaining inventory, and working closely with the management and HR department.

- 2+ years experience in a supervisory position.
- Physical ability to work full day lifting, bending, twisting, kneeling in a non-environmentally controlled work environment.

- Familiarity with basic hand and power tools, automobile mechanics and electrical systems a plus.
- High School Diploma or GED, preference given for Associate or Bachelor's degree.
- Current and valid OSHA Forklift Operators License (training can be provided).
