They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Finance to join their team. This key leadership role will oversee all aspects of financial planning and analysis (FP&A), investor relations, and strategic financial management.

Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A)

• Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support strategic decision-making and business growth.
• Analyze financial performance, key metrics, and trends to provide actionable insights to senior management and stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial reporting processes and systems to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and transparency.

Investor Relations

• Serve as the primary point of contact for investors, analysts, and other external stakeholders.
• Develop and execute investor communication strategies, including quarterly earnings calls, investor presentations, and roadshows.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with the investment community to support the company's capital-raising efforts.

Capital Raising and IPO Experience

• Lead the development and execution of capital raising strategies, including equity and debt financings, to support the company's growth objectives.
• Coordinate with external advisors, legal counsel, and investment banks to prepare for potential IPO or other strategic transactions.
• Provide expertise and guidance on regulatory compliance, financial due diligence, and corporate governance matters related to capital markets activities.

Financial Strategy and Risk Management

• Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's long-term goals and objectives.
• Assess and mitigate financial risks through effective risk management practices, including hedging strategies and insurance solutions.
• Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitive dynamics to identify opportunities and challenges for the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in finance roles, with a focus on FP&A, investor relations, and capital markets.
• Proven track record of success in capital raising, IPO readiness, and managing investor relations for publicly traded companies.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and valuation techniques.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
