Accountant/Bookkeeper - Outsourced CFO Services

CPA firm seeking an accountant/bookkeeper who will support our Outsourced CFO Services Division. Candidate requires strong attention to detail as well as the ability to collaborate and deliver. Responsible for bookkeeping, closing the books, creating financial reports, and assist in maintaining the firm’s strong client relationships.

COMPANY DESCRIPTION:

CPA firm with over 45 years’ experience, offering the traditional accounting services of auditing, reviews, compilations, and outsourced CFO and bookkeeping services as well as income tax planning, tax preparation, and management advisory services to individuals, partnerships, corporations, estates, trusts, exempt organizations, and emerging businesses.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Client write-up and preparation of financial statements.
• Assist clients with bookkeeping, accounting methods and monthly/year-end journal entries.
• Responsible for daily communication with clients and government agencies.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Qualified candidates should have 3 to 5 years of accounting/bookkeeping experience.
• Experience with QuickBooks (desktop and online), NetSuite, and E-Commerce platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple clients/projects and deadlines, and work overtime when necessary.
• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment where you can work both autonomously and, in a team-oriented setting.
• Highly organized with strong communication and interpersonal skills, and proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office).
