Job description

An outsourced bookkeeping and CFO services firm is seeking a strong, full-time Bookkeeping & Communications Associate to join its office team. This role is ideal for someone assertive, strategic, and comfortable interacting directly with clients alongside leadership.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Handle day-to-day bookkeeping tasks for client accounts

  • Perform financial analysis and support reporting needs

  • Work directly with clients on financial and operational matters

  • Communicate clearly and confidently with clients and internal teams

  • Support the owner with client-facing and financial initiatives

  • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

Ideal Qualifications:
