Job Description
The Mahaska County YMCA is looking for a reliable individual to join our team as a member services coordinator. This is a part-time job 8-3 weekdays and occasional weekend. Under the direction and supervision of the Membership & Marketing Director, the primary responsibilities of this position are providing quality member services.
The qualified candidate:
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Will have a proven record of multi-tasking and cooperation with the ability to stay focused.
- Have good judgment along with excellent interpersonal skills, be organized, and have a high level of tact and integrity.
- Be able to manage diverse situations in a fast paced environment.
- Learn and be proficient with the YMCA software.
- Pass background check
