Sales Representative

Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with customers. Assist homeowners with their claims, estimates, and storm damage inspections.

No previous experience required.

At Bueno Roofing you will receive training on basic construction and insurance/storm restoration knowledge you need in order to represent and assist homeowners through their claims. We develop fully capable, proficient representatives within 2-4 weeks.

Responsibilities:

• Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Conduct business development activities to generate leads and expand customer base
• Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
• Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer inquiries or concerns
• Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities and manage customer information
• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware and updated

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms or ability to want to learn.
• Abilitv to work independentlv as well as part of a team
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Strong communication skills
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus
• Must have reliable transportation to travel to job sites and canvassing.
• Valid Driver's License

Base pay plus commission - $50 per qualified inspection & Commissions paid on all completed claims (average of $1,000 - $2,000+ per job)
