Coordinator: Education

What we're looking for: We are seeking a motivated professional responsible for assisting with the development and maintenance of RSNA education content. The Coordinator: Education will provide support to education initiatives within the Education division.

What you'll do:
- Work with Business Intelligence (BI) and Data Engineering department on Annual Meeting data needs for dashboards and reports including
- Call for Abstracts submission data
- Attendance at the meeting rooms (data on who attends courses/LC).
- Overall evaluations for the Annual Meeting (outcome results)
- Summary of evaluations of courses by subcategory
- Work closely with BI to develop, maintain, and track education data dashboards
- Work closely with Education Department leadership team to coordinate all digital and live education content data and serves as the Education Department Liaison for all education data reports
- Work closely with Education Department Leadership on Education development implementation processes
- Testing courses for User Experience
- Manage and provide customer service support to online education mailboxes
- Assist with faculty vetting process
- Manage the administrative processes of the Honored Educator Award and Rising Star Award
- Manage the meetings logistics and correspondence of the Education Council, Digital & Live Education Committee and Education Coordinating Committee
- Develop and finalize agenda books
- Prepare meeting minutes
- Manage travel and planning logistics for committee members and staff liaisons
- Oversee the development, maintenance, and improvement of the Speaker Database program
- Responsible for Education Department administrative functions
- Manage all department expense reports
- Prepare and organize education department staff meetings and materials
- Manage and oversee department calendar
- Perform other duties as assigned
What you'll need:
- Proficient in Microsoft office
- Excellent organizational skills including the ability to multi-task and have an exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in and comfort with team-oriented approach to project management
- Willingness to work offsite and occasional weekends
- Occasional travel required
