Job Description

A qualified candidate will have:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Experience with a large manufacturing operation with a Union workforce, Teamsters experience is preferred, and global HR experience is preferred.
Proficient with HR systems, payroll, and benefits administration.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with employees and company leadership.
Experience being organized and working with a sense of urgency.
Proficient in creating C-suite presentations related to policy, performance, and achievements.
