SmartTalent Staffing is looking to hire a Bookkeeper for a family owned and operated cargo shipping company in Seattle, WA. Ideal candidate will be motivated to work full time and have at least 1 year of experience in a related role (details below)
PAY: $25 -$27
TITLE & SHIFT: Bookkeeper
LOCATION: Seattle, WA
SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:30pm

ABOUT THE JOB:
As the Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for preparing, filling and coordinating with various parties to ensure accuracy of the financial records.
JOB DUTIES:
Daily entry of invoices and payments
Posting information to appropriate reports
Print and process vendor checks
Track and balance various reports
File and distribute daily reports and invoices
Other tasks delegated from supervisor
REQUIREMENTS:
Good attendance is a must!
Good communication
Data Entry experience
Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable experience
AS 400 experience a plus!
Microsoft Excel and Word
Typing/use of typewriter
10 key use
