Job Description
We are looking for an Office Administrator to join our team! You will be responsible for securing billing payments from your customers
Job Location is Fort Lauderdale and/or Pembroke Pines. Location will be discussed at interview.
Responsibilities:
- Perform Drug Test supervision.
- Scanning patient paperwork.
- Confirming appointments with patients.
- Must be flexible, team player.
- Strong commitment to patient satisfaction with a pleasant demeanor.
- Maintaining reception area and refreshment supplies for patients.
- Receive and post payment to customer's account
- Advise and follow-up with customers on unpaid accounts
- Initiate repossession proceedings or disconnect service
- Keep records and status of customer's account
- Background check and drug test are required.
- Perform Drug Test Supervision on Clients
Qualifications:
- Pleasant, customer-focused demeanor.
- Previous experience in billing, customer service, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
Must be able to pass a background check by the Florida Department of Corrections.
This is a perfect job for a college student. Because of the downtime you will be able to complete you homework while getting paid.
