Job Title: Sr. Level Web/Content Development, Marketing and Sales - Technical Writer

Location: Redmond, WA (Onsite) 3x/week I Mondays - Fridays (40 hrs per week)

Duration: Up to 18 months

Summary:

The CO + I team works with R&D. Needing someone who's very detail oriented with data integrity (able to copy and past new content information on template) in a fast-paced working environment. Main projects will be working on and producing white papers, providing technical writing experience for the team, and will work cross functionally within CO+I. Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm – 60% heads down, 40% meetings, collaboration, gathering content.

Candidate Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background and exceptional writing skills to effectively communicate complex technical information to diverse audiences. As a Technical Writer, individuals will play a key role in creating comprehensive and user-friendly documents.

- 8-10 years of experience required.
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Technical Writing, Computer Science, Engineering).
- Hitting all qualities and must have listed above, great communication (adaptive), strong technical writing skills. Able to pivot in a fast-paced environment and to ask for help when feeling confused. Has the ability to make the end document sound like it comes from one person instead of multiples.
- Performance Indicators – Deadlines, Quality of Work, Document Clarity necessary

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Technical Writer in a technology-focused environment.
• Strong understanding of technical concepts, software development, and IT infrastructure.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in documentation tools and software
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with graphic design tools for creating visuals to accompany documentation.
• Previous experience in cloud computing, software development, or related fields.
