We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and must be willing to take on multiple responsibilities. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing various projects, wearing multiple hats to ensure successful completion. Relocation assistance may be available for candidates with relatable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate projects from conception to completion.
Collaborate with Estimators, Design Engineers, and other team members to ensure project success.
Utilize software such as AutoCAD, Revit, MS, and scheduling software to streamline project processes.
Oversee civil engineering projects, including earth retention systems, foundation piling systems, and ground improvements.
Ensure compliance with engineering regulations and obtain necessary registrations.
Actively participate in client meetings, demonstrating strong communication and people skills.
Mentor junior team members and provide support as needed.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Engineering registrations are desirable.
US Green card holders preferred; no H1b sponsorship available.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
Strong English proficiency is required.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience with project management software and design tools.
