Our client within the insurance industry located in Montgomery County is seeking a Personal Lines and/or Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will have an active PA Property and Casualty insurance license and at least 3 years of experience.
Hours - 8:30 to 5 with an hour for lunch (Friday 8:30 to 4)
Schedule - in office - Green Lane, PA
Salary - Up to $85K with PA property and casualty license and experience ($55K-$75K for less experienced, but must be licensed)

Job Description:
The Commercial/Personal Lines Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing account management support, retaining current book of business, rounding out accounts by obtaining additional lines, building and maintaining strong business relationships.

Hours: M-Thurs 8:30am-5pm (One Hour Lunch Break)
Responsibilities:
*Provide best in class customer service to clients and accountable for any client issue.
*Serve as primary liaison between insurance company and clients.
*Interface respectfully, effectively, and confidently with clients and/or prospects, representing the insurance company in the highest professional manner.
*Handle underwriting and funding issues and strategies.
*Update client coverage data in IMS, our management system.
*Prepare applications, proposals, and presentations for clients.
*Billing clients and issuing ID cards.
Qualifications/Requirements:
*Must have a minimum of 3 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
*Strong knowledge of personal lines insurance.
*Maintains a current PA Property and Casualty insurance license.
*Extremely detailed oriented and service driven.
*Able to clearly and effectively communicate.
*Organizational/time management skills to prioritize workloads to meet time sensitive deadlines required.
*Must have strong internal/external customer service skills, with the ability to develop sound client relationships with multiple clients.
*Must have the ability to prepare and present information to clients with clarity and understanding.
